Refund policy
At NBS Nails, each set of press-ons is handcrafted with care and customized to your unique nail size and style. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict no refund policy, with one exception.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if your press-on nails do not fit, even after you provided accurate sizing information. To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- You must submit clear photos showing the nails on your hands to verify the sizing issue.
- The nails must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
If it’s confirmed that the error was on our end, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement set.
We Do Not Offer Refunds If:
- You change your mind after placing the order.
- You fail to provide proper sizing information (e.g., clear photos or measurements).
- The nails do not fit due to incorrect sizing submitted by you.
- More than 30 days have passed since the order was placed without a follow-up from your side.
Orders on Hold Due to Sizing
If sizing photos or information are missing or unclear, your order will be placed on hold. We will hold it open for up to 30 days. If we do not receive the correct information within that time, the order will be marked as abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
